| The damnation of gay men is based
on the misunderstanding of eight words in the Bible, which have
resulted in the persecution and eradication of gay men throughout
the last 2000 years. |

| The biblical references on the right
are a complete listing of all citations of 'Sodomy' and or 'Sodom'
in both the Old and New Testaments and nowhere is the
'sin of Sodom' or the 'act of Sodomy' cited as being homosexual
sex. |

| Genesis 13:13, Genesis 18:20,
Genesis 19:1-29 |

| Deuteronomy 23:17-18, 1Kings
14:22-24 |

| Isaiah 3:9, Jude 1:7-8, Luke
17:25-32, 2 Peter 2:6-9 |

| It is of vital importance to note that
neither Jesus nor Paul, the chief architect of Christianity, ever
cited Sodom or Sodomy as a sin denoting homosexual sex or ever referred
to Sodom in any of their sayings or writings. |
| |
| In support of the above claim the Revised
English Bible, UK's main Bible which was ratified by representatives
of all the Christian denominations and written under the chairmanship
of the Archbishop of Canterbury, omitted all homosexual references
from Paul's Letters to the Romans, Corinthians and Timothy, whereas
previous editions established Paul's homophobia. This makes it clear
that "Holy scripture" far from being sacrosanct or inviolable,
is subject to post-modern interpretation and political correctness.
