An openly gay Dutch politician, much loved
and respected, who had been a talk-show host and regularly
appeared on TV, Pim was assassinated by a white Christian
supporter of Muslim fundamentalism who sought to silence
Pim's demands that immigration be limited to Holland
until the immigrants already in the country were assimilated.
His stance had been misconstrued as racist
and anti-Islamic by the liberal western media who refused
to condemn his murder and in many cases welcomed it.
Had Pim not been murdered he would have been the next
Premier of Holland.
