Three questions were asked by POSH's CEO Cass Mann at the full Richmond Council meeting held on 2 March. Mr Mann gave notice of his questions to the Leader and Cabinet Member for Combating Crime, Cllr Tony Arbour.

Three more questions were asked at the Council Meeting on 20 April.

On 23 March Cass Mann made representation to the Cabinet, the Executive Branch, of Richmond Council to challenge Council's adoption of the Corporate Equality and Diversity Policy and Strategy as being a worthless document as it carried no sanctions or penalities for breaches or contreventions. Marc Cranfield-Adams, Richmond's only out Gay Councillor and the former parliamentary liaison officer for TORCHE (The Tory Party's gay Lobby Group) has attacked some in the Gay Community as being "Vindictive and spiteful" for challenging Councillors Dance's statement and Arbour's support for her and have accused this section of the Gay Community of seeking to have Dance "Hung drawn and quartered".
